How much is delivery?

Delivery on subscriptions is completely free.

Delivery on one off items is £1.99

How do I pause my delivery?

Login and go to “My Account” on our home page, and then under “My Subscriptions” you can opt to pause your current subscription.

How do I restart my delivery?

Login and go to “My Account” on our home page, and then under “My Subscriptions” you can opt to restart your subscription. You next box will be delivered as usual the following Monday.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Login and go to “My Account” on our home page, and then under “My Subscriptions” you can opt to cancel your subscription. This will need to be done BEFORE friday of the week before you want cancel. I.E. if you cancel on friday, you wont get a box on the next monday.

What if I cancel my subscription after payment has been taken?

If you cancel for any reason after payment has been taken but before delivery, we will email you to ask what you would like us to do. The choices are:

  1. Have the box delivered as normal
  2. We will donate the food to a local food charity and refund 40% of the cost of the box to you. We will take this action if you do not reply to our email before your delivery day. If you dont reply we have to assume that you are no longer at University. We can not leave boxes of perishable food in receptions or outside your room if we think you may not be there. The refund can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

When are the boxes delivered?

Delivery day depends on where we are delivering the box to.

If you are a student in Leeds, you need to place your order before Friday and it will be delivered on a Monday after 3pm.

If you are a student in Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham or Middlesbrough, you need to place your order before Saturday and it will be delivered on Tuesday after 3pm.

If you are a student in Sheffield, you need to place your order before Sunday and it will be delivered on Wednesday after 3pm.

What if I’m not going to be in?

If you’re not going to be in just let us know a safe place to leave your box if you won’t be at home  I.E. Leave it with a neighbour/ outside my door/ at the local shop/ in reception. You can add a message when you checkout.

What if I am allergic to or dislkie some items?

There is no problem with that! Just leave a message when you checkout. You can request items that you dont want.
